This notice covers telovi.io, our public marketing website. It is written in plain language so you know exactly what we collect here and why. This page is about the website only — it is not the data processing terms for the Telovi product, which are governed by a separate agreement (including a Business Associate Agreement where PHI is processed).

We do not want your patients' data here

This marketing site is not intended to collect any protected health information (PHI) or patient data. Please don't send patient information through the waitlist form, the self-assessment, or email. The self-assessment runs entirely in your browser and stores no order or patient data.

What we collect

  • Waitlist detailsyou choose to give us: your work email, and optionally your monthly order-volume range, store platform, role, and whether you'd like an onboarding call. We use these to contact you about early access and to prioritize onboarding.
  • Usage & analytics data via PostHog (product analytics) and Microsoft Clarity (which may record session interactions such as clicks and scrolling to help us improve the site). This can include your approximate location, device/browser, pages viewed, and referral/UTM parameters.

Cookies & similar tech

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (PostHog) and session insight (Microsoft Clarity). You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. We honor your browser's “Do Not Track” signal where supported.

How we use it

To respond to waitlist requests, understand how the site is used, improve the experience, and measure our marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run this site and our outreach — currently our hosting provider, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, and our email provider (SendGrid) — who process it on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you gave us, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing privacy@telovi.io. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR.
